The atmosphere is laid-back and centered around Downtown Wellen’s lakefront dining, shopping, and events. Each neighborhood has its own style and built-in amenities from golf to pickleball.

Lakewood Ranch

Spanning Manatee and Sarasota Counties, Lakewood Ranch is a large, well-established master-planned community, founded in 1994. It's been voted the number one master-planned community in the United States for years. Lakewood Ranch has a polished, suburban vibe and is based around three different market centers for shopping, restaurants and events. Community events here are plentiful and urban hubs like Sarasota and Bradenton are nearby. Beaches are farther (30-45 minutes).

Prices in Wellen Park are less expensive with new construction median prices around $500s. Neighborhoods like Sarasota National (bundled golf) and Brightmore (55+) cater to active lifestyles. Custom luxury homes in areas like Everly range from $1M-$3M+.
