Westlake is the newest neighborhood in Wellen Park, the master-planned community in Venice. It is a gated enclave of custom and semi-custom single-family homes, set across from Downtown Wellen. Buyers who want a custom home work with Lee Wetherington Homes or Neal Signature Homes, which build on 46 premium 85-foot homesites.
