Madera

Madera at Wellen Park is a new townhome neighborhood from SimplyDwell Homes. It sits just down the road from Downtown Wellen and borders a natural preserve so it feels quiet and private.

The homes are two-story townhomes in four-plex buildings and come in various styles. The two featured floorplans are the Emilia and the Scarlett, at about 1,650 to 1,700 square feet. The Emilia has a first-floor owner's suite, a two-car garage and an upstairs loft that can be turned into a fourth bedroom and third bath. The Scarlett has an open ground floor that opens onto a private covered lanai, a large upstairs owner's suite, and a loft that can be closed in as a home office. The homes have concrete block construction, a hurricane-rated garage door and a stainless steel appliance package.

Madera opened its models with a grand opening on August 22, 2026. It's built for low-maintenance living and is minutes from CoolToday Park (the Braves' spring training stadium), walking trails, and Wellen Park's shopping and dining. Southwest Florida's beaches are also less than 10 miles away.
